For over 20 years, Goren and Associates has been creating training materials for our clients in module form. To date, we have several hundred training modules cataloged and ready for use.

When a training request is received, we work with the client to determine its needs and objectives.  Once established, these objectives are matched with proven materials from our database.  By assembling these components and tailoring them to the client’s specific needs, we are able to create effective, customized programs quickly and efficiently.

Where DO THE TRAINING COURSES take place?
Training is normally done on-site at your facility.  We also have the capability to provide distance learning on request.

Who writes and who delivers the materials?
We have a fully trained and certified staff that writes and delivers the materials.  When a request is received, we put together a team of Course Development Specialists that are responsible for your account from initial proposal to delivery of service and beyond.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A "TAILORED" COURSE AND A "DESIGNED" COURSE?
We have written numerous courses for organizations that address objectives similar to yours.  By referring to our database of catalogued modules and incorporating specific examples and case studies relevant to your organization, we are able to create an end-product “tailored” to your specific needs.  There is no additional charge for this service.

A designed course may need to be created from scratch to address a specific situation or unique request.  When extensive changes are required, or when new material needs to be developed, we design a course to meet your needs.  Charges for this service depend on the amount of work involved.

With a Train-the-Trainer program, how are our people trained?
We have developed a comprehensive certification program that ensures that your trainers are trained efficiently and effectively.  The program is flexible but can include course training, co-training sessions and participant evaluation forms.  We continue working with a trainer until everyone is comfortable that the trainer has met or exceeded our standards.

What if I am not sure what it is we need?
Our Sales Staff is fully trained to help you verbalize your needs and objectives.  Sometimes you know specifically what you want; if not, we can help translate a program and objectives into an appropriate plan.

How SOON CAN WE BEGIN?
We can go from acceptance of a proposal to delivered material in two weeks for "tailored" programs. Designed programs take slightly longer.
